Cake Decorating

A wonderful class for beginners to learn tips on creating a beautiful cake for Christmas or another special occasion.  This class will teach you design and icing skills, modelling, decorative piping techniques and other skills as needed by participants.  You will need to bring a plastic chopping mat, a small rolling pin, small knife, cornflour, small polystrene block and $6 to cover the cost of flower paste or you are welcome to bring your own.
